By accessing or using BullzEyez ("the Service"), operated by Cherub Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BullzEyez is a free financial literacy platform that provides budgeting tools, AI-powered coaching, financial health scoring, educational content, and optional advisor connections. The Service is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or banking services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BullzEyez. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into BullzEyez, including budget items, income, debts, and coach conversations. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Budget Coach provides general educational insights based on your budget data. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated suggestions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

7. Financial Health Score

Your Financial Health Score is an internal metric based on self-reported data (emergency fund, debt-to-income ratio, savings rate, and budget adherence). It is not a credit score and is not reported to or sourced from any credit bureau. It is intended for educational purposes only.

8. Advisor Connections

BullzEyez may connect you with financial advisors who use our platform. If you join via an advisor invite code, limited profile and progress information may be shared with that advisor. You can disconnect from an advisor at any time in your settings. We are not responsible for any advice or services provided by third-party advisors.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of BullzEyez are owned by Cherub Solutions. The educational modules, lesson content, and AI prompts are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep BullzEyez available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherub Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free accounts, is $0).

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
