- Budget categories and amounts
- Income items
- Debt balances, interest rates, and minimum payments
- Financial health questionnaire responses

- Lesson progress and XP earned
- AI coach conversation history
- Feature usage patterns (pages visited, actions taken)

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI Coach & Data Processing
When you use the AI Budget Coach, your budget data and conversation history are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. This data is:
- Transmitted securely via encrypted connections
- Not used to train AI models
- Not stored by the AI provider beyond the request lifecycle
- Processed solely to generate your coaching responses
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these cases:
- With your advisor: If you joined via an invite code, your advisor can see limited profile and progress information. You can disconnect at any time.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Anthropic for AI processing. These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) enabled on all tables, meaning you can only access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure token-based sessions.
7. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- Coach conversations: Stored for the duration of your account and deleted upon account deletion.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — all your financial data is visible in the app at all times
- Correct your data — you can edit any budget item, income, or debt entry
- Delete your data — you can delete your account from the settings page
- Export your data — contact us to request a data export
- Disconnect from an advisor at any time
9. Cookies & Local Storage
BullzEyez uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and theme preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. No analytics cookies are set without your consent.
10. Children's Privacy
BullzEyez is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
